Who are we looking for?

Together with your colleague, you'll be the first point of contact for De Maat Fabriek customers: by phone, email, and in the showroom. You'll provide personalized advice, ensure customers receive the correct information, prepare quotes, answer questions, and independently resolve problems. You're a commercially minded individual who goes the extra mile for our customers. You love brainstorming with customers and advising them on all our options and extras for their new dream wardrobe. Your genuine interest in the customer and the product allows you to easily adapt to their needs and respond to them. With your advice, enthusiasm, and personal approach, you'll ensure every customer leaves with a smile and their dream wardrobe.

Who is De Maat Fabriek?

At De Maat Fabriek, we create the most beautiful custom cabinets in all shapes and sizes. You've also come to the right place for steel-look doors and walls. From production to installation, we take care of the entire process, all under one roof. In a new building, with a new name, a new website, and a young, energetic team, we're going to conquer the market for custom cabinets and doors.

What are you going to do?

  • Inbound sales
  • Translating customer wishes into clear quotations and proposals
  • You draw designs and presentations in SketchUp so that customers can immediately see their custom cabinet.
  • You ensure a smooth sales flow: from request to order, and aftercare
  • You keep our CRM system (Pipedrive) neat and tidy, so that nothing is lost
  • You support the Sales Coordinator with commercial actions and improvements

Have you got what it takes?

  • You are commercially minded and have the ambition to provide all of the Netherlands with a custom-made cabinet
  • You are customer-friendly, spontaneous and enjoy advising customers.
  • You have strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • You have basic knowledge of sales processes and quickly learn how to improve them
  • You are proficient in SketchUp or willing to learn it quickly
  • You enjoy working with CRM software (experience with Pipedrive is nice, but not necessary)
  • You maintain an overview, work accurately, are proactive and communicate easily with colleagues
  • You are customer-friendly, spontaneous, presentable and have a healthy dose of persuasiveness
